For maximum impact, apply your mascara in a sideways sweep instead of just swiping up to really define your lashes. 

Brighten things up

One easy technique for eliminating that tired look is to apply a little flesh-colored eyeliner. Outline the rim of your eye and the inner corners for a brighter, more wide-awake look.
